Firstly, grease a round cake tin with butter and dust with all-purpose flour, and keep it aside.
Secondly, preheat the oven at 180 c for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, do the preparations for the eggless vanilla sponge cake.
Now, sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and keep it aside in a bowl.
Mix together and beat condensed milk, butter, and vanilla essence.
Add the above dry ingredients to condensed milk mixture and add aerated water | plain soda and beat for a minute.
Finally, pour the cake mixture into the prepared greased tin and tap it once to remove all the air.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes. Towards the end check it with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, your cake is baked properly.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Now unmould the cake, dust some icing sugar and cut into pieces and serve.
