Ingredients
 
 

  • ¾ cup seedless dates
  • 1 tsp cumin powder | jeera powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, chop dates into small pieces and boil it in a pressure pan till 2 whistles.
  • Once the pressure releases, open the lid and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Now transfer dates into a mixie jar and blend it till it's smooth like a puree.
  • Strain it through a strainer using the backside of a spoon and discard any residue that comes out.
  • Finally, add jaggery powder, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and mix everything well till it dissolves.
  • Chill Dates | Khajoor chutney in the refrigerator before serving it.
