Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup yogurt / Curd
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin/jeera powder
  • 1 tsp sugar optional
  • salt as per taste.

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, arrange all the above ingredients on a plate before you start preparing this raita.
  • 2 Now add sugar, salt, and cumin powder in the yogurt and whisk it with a wire whisk until it is smooth and lump-free.
  • Wash the mint leaves and grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Finally, add the mint paste in the yogurt, mix well and garnish with some fresh mint leaves and sprinkle red chili powder and serve.
