Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or hung yogurt preferably made from skim milk
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • ¼ th cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Honey you can also use Agave syrup
  • Few Slices of fresh mangoes
  • 1 tsp Basil seeds
  • 1 tsp Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Mix of chunks of pecan nuts and Cranberries
  • 1 tbsp Tutti fruity

Instructions
 

  • Blend frozen mangoes, Oats, and honey in a food processor or a blender till it is smooth and no chunks are left.
  • Transfer it into a smoothie bowl and top it up with fresh slices of mangoes, pecan nuts, cranberries, basil seeds, sunflower seeds, and tutti-fruity.
  • Serve this healthy chilled Mango Oats smoothie bowl immediately.
