Recipe of Mango And Oats Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt or hung yogurt preferably made from skim milk
1 cup frozen mangoes
1/4th cup Rolled oats
1 tbsp Honey ( you can also use Agave syrup)
Few Slices of fresh mangoes
1 tsp Basil seeds
1 tsp Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Mix of chunks of pecan nuts and Cranberries
1 tbsp Tutti fruity

Method:

1. Blend frozen mangoes, Oats, and honey in a food processor or a blender till it is smooth and no chunks are left.

2. Transfer it into a smoothie bowl and top it up with fresh slices of mangoes, pecan nuts, cranberries, basil seeds, sunflower seeds, and tutti-fruity.

3. Serve this healthy chilled Mango Oats smoothie bowl immediately.
