Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-size boiled beetroots
  • 1 cup boiled green peas
  • ½ cup fresh coconut slices
  • a handful of watermelon seeds
  • a handful of mixed dry herbs
  • For the dressing-
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the salad dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well and keep it aside for a while.
  • Take a bowl and mix all the salad ingredients and keep it aside.
  • Now pour the dressing in the salad bowl and toss well till it's combined properly.
  • This salad tastes best when it is fresh.
  • I will not recommend storing this salad to consume it for the next day. So prepare the exact quantity that will suffice for one time.
