2 medium-size boiled beetroots 1 cup boiled green peas ½ cup fresh coconut slices a handful of watermelon seeds a handful of mixed dry herbs For the dressing- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp vinegar ½ tsp minced garlic Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the salad dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake well and keep it aside for a while.
Take a bowl and mix all the salad ingredients and keep it aside.
Now pour the dressing in the salad bowl and toss well till it's combined properly.
This salad tastes best when it is fresh.
I will not recommend storing this salad to consume it for the next day. So prepare the exact quantity that will suffice for one time.
