Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 dates pitted
  • 2 medium Bananas frozen
  • 2 Cups Cold Milk

Instructions
 

  • Take a small bowl and add little milk in dates and allow Dates to soften for 5 minutes.
  • This step is optional but preferable as dates will soften nicely and will get blended easily.
  • Blend dates, frozen bananas, and milk in a blender till all the dates are blended well and mixed in milk and bananas.
  • Pour it into 2 glasses and serve it chilled.
