Dates And Banana Milkshake

This 3 ingredient Dates And Banana Milkshake is a health booster and a breakfast on the run. It is a powerhouse of nutrition, fibers, iron, and calcium. This delicious milkshake whips up in no time and keeps your tummy filled for a longer time. It is preferred to use frozen bananas for this milkshake to give a smooth and satiny texture. Also, use cold milk for this milkshake so you do not have to use ice cubes. The best part of this milkshake is it is sugar-free, as dates and bananas both provide natural sweetness. Recipe of Dates and Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:

4-5 dates (pitted)
2 medium Bananas (frozen)
2 Cups Cold Milk

Method:

1. Take a small bowl and add little milk in dates and allow Dates to soften for 5 minutes.

2. This step is optional but preferable as dates will soften nicely and will get blended easily.

3. Blend dates, frozen bananas, and milk in a blender till all the dates are blended well and mixed in milk and bananas.

4. Pour it into 2 glasses and serve it chilled.
