Mangoes are my quintessential love in summer. When mother nature is soaring high in temperature..mango surely gives the cooling effect. So come summer and my house officially gets hit by Aamras craze. That’s because it’s a less complicated affair and oh ! so darn difficult to resist. At my house, we all just gobble up a glass or a bowl of chilled Aam-Ras and feed our hunger or call it to thirst in this scorching heat. It’s just so easy to prepare and it does the trick of keeping your tummy happy.
Recipe of Aamras
Ingredients
2Big Alphonso Mangoes
2 tbsp Sugar or as per taste
1/4 cup water
4-5 ice cubes
Method:
1. Peel the mangoes, remove the seed, and cut them into small chunks.
2. Place the mango pieces in the blender along with sugar and water.
3. Blend it till you get a smooth puree.
4. Add the ice cubes and blend them again for a minute.
5. Enjoy your Aamras chilled.
