Chilled Yogurt Dip with Roasted Garlic and Red Bell Peppers

This creamy and chilled yogurt dip inspired by Lebanese dip “Labneh” is very refreshing and a perfect starter to a great party. It’s super light and healthy. The rustic and earthy aroma of roasted garlic and bell peppers lends a wonderful flavor to this dip. I generally make this for my parties and have it with lavash or falafels. You can also use this as a sandwich spread or just dip in some vegetable crudites.
