Baking cookies is surely something I love to bake. Though I have baked many cookies earlier I tried my hands on these Chocolate Chip Cookies staple ones for the first time. I have shown a pictorial Step-By-Step pictures of baking these cookies. I hope it will benefit you while baking this.
My daughters surely have a sweet tooth. They can barely resist the aroma of freshly baked cookies. Well, who wouldn’t? They gobbled half of these cookies in like no time. They are so perfect for after school snacks and for some instant sweet craving. Well dunk them in cold milk and your breakfast is set for the kids. So don’t wait and bake them right away. Your kids gonna love ’em.
Recipe of Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup-Maida (All-Purpose Flour)
1/3 cup-Icing Sugar
1/3 cup- Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
1/3 cup-Choco Chips
1/4 tsp-Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp-Milk
Method:
1. Cream sugar and butter until creamy.
2. Sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda well until evenly mixed. Add it to butter and sugar mixture.
3. Bring it together to form a soft dough (add milk only if its too dry and doesn’t come together).
4. Add the choco chips in the dough and give a quick stir.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 deg C for 10mins.
6. Meanwhile, roll them into medium-sized balls and flatten it with your palms.
7. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes at 170-180 deg C till they are golden brown in color.
8. Once baked remove them and cool on the wire rack.
9. Once the cookies are cooled store them in an airtight container.
