Chocolate Coffee Snowy Cookies are eggless, made out of wheat flour, and has no artificial essence or color. They are chewy, yummy, and delicious. They have a tinge of bitterness that comes from coffee and the sweet covering with icing sugar tries to balances the taste.
Shape it the way you want to, let kids explore with it, and go messy with the powdered sugar if not snow!!
Next few days it is going to be all about baking cookies, cakes, pies, and tarts to lure Santa!!
Make merry this season with all things sweet, yummy, fizzy, and appetizing. There’s going to be a lot of cooking as well. Well back to these cookies!! How much my kids loved to eat these Chocolate Coffe snowy cookies.
Oh Gosh!! It was such a pleasant sight that comes in front of my eyes every time I think of Christmas. Though it was a festive time and people celebrated it with full zest, there was something quaint about that place that amazed me.
All the families used to unite and spend Christmas together exchanging sweets and gifts.
All the Swiss locals cooked delicious food, sipped on the spectacular drinks, indulged in Swiss staple dishes like fondue and raclette.
They generally preferred to stay indoors as it was freezing cold and it always snowed. And how much I used to love snow!!
Well, all I can do now is reminisce those good old days and be happy about it. These Chocolate coffee snowy cookies kinda made me nostalgic.
But one confession that I have to make is come what may…I may learn to bake the best of cookies but I will never get the taste of the cookies that I relished in Swiss. That place is absolutely magical and enthralling!!
Have you been to Swiss? Have you tasted the cookies, chocolates, and cakes there?
If yes then you can totally relate to this post and all you will do is start baking.
With this year, I am planning to try on Chocolate Oreo Tart, Christmas icing sugar cookies, Oreo Cheesecake, and maybe a couple of more desserts with chocolates and strawberries.
So stay tuned and do look out for this space for more recipes especially for you all making you Christmas as sweet as mine.
