Today I relished a lavish and tantalizing Thai meal from Happy Thai Express.
The meal was so authentic, delicious and the flavors were bang on.
Since Diwali, I have been busy with too many chores and my blog had taken a back seat. Socializing, throwing parties, cooking, .cleaning, etc took away a lot of my time. Post-Diwali gets, even more, busier with sorting out things. When at such times if you are sent a lavish meal to your doorstep, you cannot but be grateful.
All the dishes were so good and it seemed nothing less than a Thai feast.
