Mango Lassi is one of my favorite lassi drinks that is so silky and creamy. This Indian yogurt-based beverage with mangoes takes only 5 minutes to prepare at home.
Lassi is a very popular curd or yogurt-based drink that is so versatile and can be made by mixing different fruits. It is a soothing drink and commonly served at Restaurants with Indian meals. Moreover, it was originated in North India. We usually have Lassi or buttermilk with our meals at home as it also hydrates and has a cooling effect.

Recipe Notes:
- You can also prepare this lassi using mango pulp or canned mango.
- If the lassi is too thick add little water or ice cubes to make it thinner.
- For making it a vegan version use any plant-based yogurt.
- You can adjust the sweetness of the lassi and add sugar accordingly. However, you can also use honey or brown sugar instead of sugar
Storage Instructions:
You must consume Mango Lassi within 24 hours as it will change its color and taste. I would not recommend freezing this lassi as it will not taste good. However, it takes only 5 minutes to prepare this lassi so there is no point freezing this. Ideally, you should freeze mango chunks in the freezer and use frozen mangoes for preparing lassi. This will make the lassi chilled and creamier.
This is very easy recipe, love it.
Thanks a lot.
