An End-moment variation if you’d like it
However, you can serve this deliciousness with a dollop of whipped cream or drizzle some honey over it. For making it extra chocolatey you can also drizzle some chocolate sauce over it and sprinkle toasted hazelnuts too. Nutella Pancakes taste good along with a cup of chocolate, or coffee ice cream as well.
How to make the Nutella Pancake Batter at home?
It is very easy to make Nutella Pancake Batter at home as all the ingredients required as available in our pantry. I have used only Maida (All-purpose flour) in this recipe, you can mix Maida (All-purpose flour) and wheat flour in equal quantities.
Would you like to make them Healthier?
As a healthier variation, you can also try using Oatmeal in this recipe if you do not want to use the only maida. You can use the ratio of 1:1 of maida and oatmeal. It will work fine as well. For making powdered sugar, simply grind the normal white sugar in the grinder.
Are you planning the Nutella Pancakes often and save on time?
If you are making pancakes too often just like me, then I will suggest you grind the sugar in large quantities and store it in an air-tight container. This will make it easy and also will save on time when you will be making pancakes next time. I have used milk and water in equal quantities.
A variation of making the Batter!
You can try making it with only milk as well or can also add buttermilk. Also, you can add melted butter instead of cooking oil. It’s so simple and easy to make Pancake batter at home. You can store this pancake batter in the fridge for 1 day.
How to make Nutella Discs
For the Nutella Pancakes, we need to make Nutella discs in advance and freeze it for an hour or a little more. This is necessary to make so you can easily hold and place these discs in the center of the pancake. This will ease out the preparations for making it.
Important Tips about these Discs
These Nutella discs should not be too thin or too thick, just perfect enough to hold it in place. Also, while preparing a pancake, keep the remaining Nutella discs in the freezer to avoid it from melting.
A workaround, if you would like to make them faster
Well, if you have made an impromptu plan to make Nutella pancakes and do not have time to freeze it, you can simply scoop a dollop of Nutella with a spoon and drop it in the center of a pancake. This will also work or maybe you can melt Nutella for 30 seconds and fill it into a piping bag.
