Eggless Oreo Brownie Cake

This eggless Oreo Brownie Cake with Crushed Oreo and Cream Frosting is an easy and a simple brownie cake recipe that tasted delicious when topped with crushed Oreo and fresh whipped cream. It’s decadent and so moist that it kinda melts in the mouth.

Recipe of Oreo Brownie Cake

Ingredients:

100 grams- All-purpose flour
200 grams- Condensed milk
100 grams-dark chocolate
3 tbsp- Butter
½ tsp-baking soda
½ tsp-baking powder
100 ml coke or soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
10-12- crushed Oreo biscuits

Method:

1. Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave for 1 minute.

2. Sieve all-purpose flour (maida), baking powder, and baking soda and keep it aside.

3. Mix together and beat melted chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and vanilla essence

4. Add dry mixture to chocolate mixture and add coke and beat for a minute.

5. Grease the tin with butter and dust with maida. And pour the mixture in the tin and add crushed Oreos and mix once.

6. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.

7. Let it cool completely and unmould the cake and leave it for 4-5 hours before frosting.

8. For Frosting take 2 cups of fresh whipped cream and add 6-8 crushed Oreo in it.

9. Cut the cake into half and do the first layer of frosting.

10. Then gently put the other half of the cake and cover the cake with the rest of the frosting.

11. Place some Oreo biscuits on top and here you are with your Oreo brownie cake.
