2 carrots
1 Cucumber
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4-5 cubes ice

Smoothies are a refreshing way to start my day. This drink is a boost of vitamins and energy and also low in calories. It’s unique and infuses the fresh flavors of cucumbers and carrots.

Method-

Peel the carrots and cucumbers and dice them into small chunks.
Take a blender and throw the diced chunks and add yogurt.
Blend it well till its smooth and now add sugar and salt.
Finally add the ice cubes and pulse it for 1-2 minutes.
Cool and a healthy smoothie is ready for the go.
