2 Pizza base (square)
2 cups Assorted veggies (Baby corn, bell peppers, onion and brocolli)
1 bunch Rocket leaves
1 cup Grated Processed cheese
2 tsp dry herbs
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Salt as per taste

Try this healthier version of pizza with rocket leaves and less cheese. It's done in a jiffy and can be a perfect party appetizers.

This exotic rocket leaves and veggie Tawa pizza is my answer to a healthier and tastier version of our regular extra cheese-loaded pizza. It’s made with a wheat pizza base and there is no pizza sauce used in this recipe. It’s a different yet a nice version of pizza wherein you can relish it without much guilt.

Dice all the vegetables and keep them aside.
Take a non stick pan and heat oil in it, once hot add minced garlic and saute it for a minute.
Now add all the vegetables and saute for 2-5 minutes on high flame and stirring continuously.
Once the vegetables are soft and tender add salt, dry herbs and tomato ketchup. Mix it well and keep it in a bowl.


Wash and roughly tear rocket leaves with hands and let it dry for 10 minutes.
Heat a non stick tawa / griddle and spray olive oil on it and add pizza base.
Spread the vegetable mixture on it, spread some rocket leaves and finally add grated cheese over it. Cover the pizza with a lid till the base is crispy and cheese is melted a bit.
