1 cup Greek yogurt or hung yogurt preferably made from skim milk
1 cup Frozen magoes
1/4th cup Rolled oats
1 tbsp Honey ( you can also use Agave syrup)
Few Slices of fresh mangoes
1 tsp Basil seeds
1 tsp Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Mix of chunks of pecan nuts and Cranberries
1 tbsp Tutti fruitty

This sugar free and healthy Mango-Oats smoothie bowl is a perfect way to start a week. It’s topped with slices of fresh mangoes, chunks of pecan nuts, dry cranberries and sprinkles of Basil seeds, sunflower seeds and tutti fruitty. It is filled with yumminess and a healthy dose of love. A perfect breakfast option that is low in calories and good to look at. Adding oats and honey in the smoothie makes it very low in calories, high in fibers and filling as well. Using frozen fruits is preferred as it can be made instantly and  gives a nice texture to the smoothie. Just blend all the ingredients in the blender, pour it in a bowl and customize your toppings.
