Pasta with veggies and fruit salad with lime honey dressing

This Pasta, veggie, and fruit salad with lime hone dressing are very healthy, colorful, and wholesome.  Simplicity rules for me in summer and no elaborate cooking. So the craving for salads, coolers, and ice creams increases.

Well, my lunch is mostly salads and evenings I opt for cold smoothies or milkshakes or anything cold. Different salads and dressing combinations are always on my mind. This salad came as a very easy and delicious recipe. It saves time and works well if you do not want to spend more time in the kitchen. Just try it now…you can thank me later!!

Recipe of Pasta, veggie and fruit salad

Ingredients:

1 cup Blanched broccoli
1 big Sliced cucumber
a handful of Lettuce leaves
a handful of Spinach leaves
1 cup Boiled farfalle pasta
1/2 cup Red grapes
handful of Pomegranates
a handful of Pecan nuts
Salt as per taste
FOR SALAD DRESSING
2 tbsp Honey
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp Crushed pepper

Method:

1. Take a salad serving bowl and mix all the veggies, pasta, and fruits in it.

2. Chill it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3. For salad dressing take an empty mason jar and add honey, olive oil, lime juice, and crushed pepper.

4. Cover it with the lid and shake it.

5. Remove the bowl from the fridge and add salt, salad dressing, and toss it well.

6. Serve it cold with a cooler and some bread if you want.
