This crostini recipe is super easy and makes it perfect for appetizers and a super quick recipe to serve at parties. You only need five ingredients-olive oil, grapes, Bread slices, cheese slices, and butter. You don’t need to roast the grapes in this recipe and hence it takes just 10 minutes to make it. Red grapes bring out a nice sweet flavor that goes well with savory and salty cheese.
Apply butter on all the bread slices, place it on a non stick pan and toast it on one side on a medium flame.
Now flip the side and place cheese slices, halved and seedless red grapes on the bread slices and toast it on a medium flame till the cheese melts. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and garnish with fresh rosemary. Drizzle some olive oil just before serving these beauties.
