Ingredients

made from 1 1/2 liter milk Paneer
400 grams condensed milk
2 tsp Rose syrup
1 tsp Rose water
1 tsp ghee to grease
handful dry rose petals to garnish

    Make paneer or chenna from 1 1/2 liter milk by adding lime juice to boiling milk.

    Grease a non-stick pan with little ghee and add the paneer and condensed milk.

    Mix well and heat the above mixture on a medium heat for 7-10 minutes till it leaves the side of the pan.

    Now add rose syrup and rose water to it and mix for another 1-2 minutes till it is incorporated properly.

    Switch off the gas and let the laddoo mixture cool for 5-7 minutes.
    Grease your hands with little ghee and make small balls or laddoo's out of it.
    Garnish with dry rose petals and dry-fruits if you want.
