This easy peasy strawberry and oats smoothie bowl is simple, sweet and delicious. It is a delicious breakfast option served in a bowl with fruits, oats and yogurt. It comes together in just 5 minutes and it is a promising and healthy breakfast option. There is no cooking involved. Only few ingredients go into preparing it. Just blend few fruits of your choice along with oats and yogurt in a blender, pour it into a bowl and top it with some healthy ingredients like chia seeds or nuts of your choice. You can do variation as per your liking and taste buds.
Here I have used frozen strawberries, bananas along with oats blended with Greek yogurt and honey. All the ingredients blended well in a food processor and then pouring it in a bowl. I have topped it with chia seeds, oats and some blueberry relish and few edible flowers. It tastes very delicious and you are filled till your lunch time.
