For Biscuit Tart Base:
- 8-10 Oreo Biscuits
- 10-12 Digestive Biscuits
- 8-10 Hide-n-Seek Biscuits
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee powder
- 100 grams melted Butter
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
For Caramelized Pecan Nuts:
- 1 cup roasted Pecan Nuts
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Sugar
For Chocolate and Coffee Ganache:
- 400 grams Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee powder
- 250 ml Fresh Cream

For the Tart Base:
- Assemble all the biscuits and Instant Coffee powder on a plate.
- Crush all the biscuits and add them to a blender.
- Blend all the biscuits evenly into a fine powder.
- Remove it in a bowl and add melted butter and oil into in and mix it well till it is all combined.
