I could not have done without this recipe for too long. This Oreo Cheesecake Tart is our classic, holiday and festive dessert. We indulge in this Oreo Cheesecake Tart on almost all occasions, be it a birthday, anniversary, or any festival.

Recipe of Making Oreo Cheesecake Tart

Ingredients:

FOR OREO CHEESECAKE TART BASE:

40 -50 Vanilla Oreo Biscuits
10-15 Digestive Biscuits
100 Grams Melted Butter

FOR CREAM CHEESE:

2 Cups Homemade cottage cheese (paneer)
2 Cups Hung Curd or Greek Yogurt
2 Cups Icing sugar (sweetness as per your liking)
2 tsp Vegetarian gelatin powder
7-8 Crushed Oreos
More Oreos pieces for Topping

Method:

HOW TO MAKE OREO CHEESECAKE BASE:

1. Finely Crush Oreos and digestive biscuits in a food processor.

2. Remove it in a bowl and add melted butter to it. Mix it well with the help of a spatula and keep it aside.

3. Grease the tart mould with melted butter and pour the crushed oreo mixture on it. Spread it evenly and press it gently with the help of a spatula.

4. Set it in the refrigerator until 30 minutes and meanwhile prepare the cream cheese.

HOW TO MAKE CREAM CHEESE:

1. Prepare homemade cottage cheese at home in advance and refrigerate it.

2. Blend together home-made Cottage cheese (paneer), hung curd Greek Yogurt) and icing sugar until it is soft and fluffy.

3. Soak the gelatin in water and microwave for 20 seconds.

4. Now add gelatin to the above cream cheese mixture and mix well immediately with a beater so that no lumps are formed.

5. Crush 4-5 Oreos very finely and add to the above cream mixture.

6. Remove the Oreo base from the refrigerator and pour the above Oreo Cream cheese mixture on the set base.

7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly and top it with more chunks of Oreo Biscuits.

8. Set this Oreo Cheesecake tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the cream cheese has become firm and sets properly.

9. Remove this Oreo cheesecake Tart from the refrigerator and slice it into pieces just before serving it.
