Recipe of Dates and Banana Milkshake
Ingredients:
4-5 dates (pitted)
2 medium Bananas (frozen)
2 Cups Cold Milk
Method:
1. Take a small bowl and add little milk in dates and allow Dates to soften for 5 minutes.
2. This step is optional but preferable as dates will soften nicely and will get blended easily.
3. Blend dates, frozen bananas, and milk in a blender till all the dates are blended well and mixed in milk and bananas.
4. Pour it into 2 glasses and serve it chilled.
