These Eggless Pecan Nuts Brownies are made with fresh ingredients and I have used condensed milk in this recipe. This makes it an easy recipe and also makes the brownies fudgy and yummy and is a great substitute for eggs as well. Also, I have used aerated water here, you can use coke, thumps up also for dark and intense color.

Eggless Pecan Nuts Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour Maida Or 3/4 cup maida, and 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 200 grams Condensed Milk
- 100 grams Dark cooking chocolate
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 100 ml aerated water
- ¾ cup crushed Pecan Nuts
Instructions
- Firstly, take a rectangular baking tray and grease it with butter and dust with all-purpose flour and keep it aside.
- Now, preheat the oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes, meanwhile do the preparations.
- If you have a dark chocolate bar then cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with butter for 1 minute.
- In another bowl, Sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and keep it aside.
- Now mix together melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla essence till well combined.
- Add dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and add aerated water at this point and beat it for a minute.
- Finally, add some pecan nuts in the batter, and pour the mixture in the prepared greased tin.
- Tap the tin and remove any air if possible and finally top with a few more pecan nuts.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes till it is baked properly. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean its baked.
- Remove the tin from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 20 minutes before unmoulding it.
- Once it cool downs cut into small squares and drizzle it with chocolate ganache.
