- 2 cups all-purpose flour | maida
- ¾ cup wheat flour
- 3-4 tsp cooking oil
- salt as per taste
Instructions
- Firstly, combine both the flours in a broad vessel and add salt as per taste.
- Now add 3-4 tsp of cooking oil to the flour.
- Add enough water and knead the dough till it is soft. Keep the dough aside for 30 minutes before making flour tortillas.
- Now divide the dough into 20 equal balls and roll each portion into a medium circle using a little plain flour for rolling.
- Heat a non-stick tawa and place one tortilla at a time.
- Cook each tortilla till light brown spots appear on both sides.
- Repeat the same procedure with all the tortillas and consume them as needed.
