Masala Chaas

Masala Chaas / Masala buttermilk is a cool spicy yogurt drink made from condiments like cumin powder, chaat masala, and fresh coriander leaves. Masala Chaas is an ideal summer drink that gives a soothing effect on your body and mind.

All the condiments that are added to prepare Masala buttermilk make for a very good digestive agent with their amazing properties. They act as agents that help in reducing gas or bloating in the stomach.

You can prepare Masala Chaas or Buttermilk in advance before your mealtime and refrigerate it. You can either have it with lunch or post-lunch. Some prefer to have it with dinner as well. In that case, you need to check if that suits your body, as some of them may catch a cold.

However, drinking buttermilk on a regular basis is far more advisable than sipping on high calories soda drinks. When you have sodas, packed juices it has lots of sugar and does not do any benefit to your body. To avoid having those drinks on a regular basis if you are addicted to them and have Masala Chaas instead. To cultivate this habit start by having 1 glass of Buttermilk along with your meal daily. By doing this you will make not crave any sugar drinks.
