Mushroom Cutlets
Ingredients
- 250 grams Button Mushroom
- 2 Potatoes Boiled
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp green chili paste
- 2 Onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ cup Bread crumbs
- ½ cup Semolina /Rawa
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
- Firstly, take the mushrooms and wipe them with a dry cloth or a tissue and wash it under running water.
- Let them dry for a while and cut them lengthwise and keep them aside. Peel Onion and chop them very finely and keep them aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic and chili paste and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped onion and saute for 3-4 minutes till they are brown.
- Now add mushrooms, and cook till another 3-4 minutes on high flame stirring in between.
- Once the mushrooms are soft and tender, add boiled potatoes, mash them, then add garam masala, salt, finely chopped coriander leaves, and bread crumbs.
- Mix all the ingredients well, make small rounds like cutlets and keep them aside.
- Roll all the mushroom cutlets in Semolina and keep them ready to fry.
- Finally, heat a griddle or Tawa, add oil to it. Place cutlets on the Tawa and fry till golden brown.
- Now flip them over and cook on the other side as well till crispy and golden. Repeat the same procedure for all the mushroom cutlets and serve them hot.
