Recipe of this quick Pineapple Lassi
Ingredients:
1 Cup Yogurt or Curd
1 Cup Chopped Pineapple
1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Few pineapple slices for garnish
4-5 Ice Cubes
Method:
1. Take a blender and blend 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1 tbsp granulated sugar, vanilla essence, and ice cubes in a blender till all the ingredients are blended properly.
2. Pour it into 2 glasses, garnish with few pineapple slices and ice cubes and serve it chilled.
