    These soft little numbers are filled with desicated coconut and they are chocolaty. It’s such a rewarding and delicious treat for your kids or anyone who loves chocolates. It hardly takes anytime to make this. You can also involve kids in preparing this.

    Method

    Roast the dessicated coconut till golden brown in an oven or a microwave.
    Melt the chocolate in a microwave for 2 minutes.
    Mix dessicated coconut and melted chocolate in a bowl and pour it in a silicon mould.
    Set it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
    Remove the chocolates from the mould and set it aside for 10 minutes.
    Meanwhile melt the white chocolate with little cream in a microwave and fill that in a ziplock bag.
    Now cut the tip of the ziplock bag and drizzle it on the coconut roughs.
    Add some sprinkles on the chocolates and let it cool for 5 minutes.
    You can store these chocolates in an air tight container and refrigerate it for a week.
