Also, use cold milk for this milkshake so you do not have to use ice cubes. The best part this milkshake is it is sugar-free, as dates and bananas both provide natural sweetness. Take a small bowl and add little milk in dates and allow Dates to soften for 5 minutes.
This step is optional but preferable as dates will soften nicely and will get blended easily.
Blend dates, frozen bananas, and milk in a blender till all the dates are blended well and mixed in milk and bananas.
Pour it into 2 glasses and serve it chilled.
