Potli Pizza | Pizza variant

Potli Pizza is a super hit recipe with my kids. This recipe is a little different from our regular pizzas but tastes so good and delicious. Small Potlis made of homemade pizza dough and then stuffed with cheese and vegetables. Further, these Potli Pizzas are baked in an oven for that perfect crunch from outside and gooey melted cheese from inside.

Work your magic with this super-quick, delicious, kid’s friendly and creative recipe. Try this veggie mozzarella pizza with your favorite toppings. I have used sweetcorn, capsicum, and cheese along with pizza sauce. You can substitute any seasonal ingredients.

My only rule: choose whatever looks and smells good and best. Try your kid’s favorite toppings and see that broad smile on their face.
