Strawberry and Oats Smoothie Bowl

This easy peasy Strawberry and Oats Smoothie Bowl is simple, sweet, and delicious. It is a delicious breakfast option served in a bowl with fruits, oats, and yogurt.

It comes together in just 5 minutes and it is a promising and healthy breakfast option. There is no cooking involved. Only a few ingredients go into preparing it. Just blend few fruits of your choice along with oats and yogurt in a blender, pour it into a bowl and top it with some healthy ingredients like chia seeds or nuts of your choice. Moreover, you can do variations as per your liking and taste buds.

Here I have used frozen strawberries, bananas along oats blended with Greek yogurt and honey. All the ingredients blended well in a food processor and then pouring it in a bowl. I have topped it with chia seeds, oats, and some blueberry relish, and few edible flowers. It tastes very delicious and you are filled till your lunchtime.

Ingredients
FOR BLENDING INTO SMOOTHIE
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1/2 cup oats
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp Honey
TO GARNISH
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Blueberry relish
1 tsp Oats
Edible flowers

Method:

1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients in a blender or food processor until it is a lump-free and smooth consistency.

2. This will take about 2-3 minutes and Pour it into a smoothie bowl.

HOW TO GARNISH SMOOTHIE BOWL:

1. Garnish this smoothie bowl with crunchy chia seeds, oats, and blueberry relish.

2. Finally adorn this with edible flowers.

3. Serve this healthy and colorful smoothie bowl right away as a healthy breakfast.
