Recipe of Vegan Bruschetta with Alfalfa Sprouts
Ingredients:
1 Loaf Baguette bread or any long garlic bread
1 Small size Onion
1 Small size Broccoli
1 Small size Red Bell pepper
8-10 pieces Baby corn
100 grams Alfalfa Sprouts
1 medium Zucchini
8-10 Minced Garlic
1 cup Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Dry Oregano
1 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Pepper powder
2 tbsp Olive oil
Method:
HOW TO START WITH THE PREPARATIONS:
1. Chop all the vegetables into small chunks and keep it in a bowl.
2. Rinse alfalfa sprouts with warm water preferably and strain it.
3. Remove the water from it and keep it in a bowl.
4. Mince garlic and keep it in a bowl.
HOW TO STIR FRY VEGETABLES:
1. Heat a non-stick wok and add Olive oil to it.
2. Once the oil is hot add minced garlic and saute it for 20 seconds.
3. Now add chopped onions and bell peppers in it.
4. Saute it for another minute and now add the rest of the vegetables in it.
5. Stir it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add salt, oregano, pepper powder and chili flakes in the stir-fry vegetables.
