Important Tips and Notes
- You can make this halwa with milk as well, However, at my home, we prefer Rajgira halwa in water as we love the gooey texture and earth color of this Sheera.
- I have used sugar in this recipe, you can make this with organic jaggery powder as well.
- Frying nuts in ghee will give a nice texture and crunch to the sheers. If you forget this step or are in a hurry, you can simply add dry fruits shavings of your choice, works just fine.
