This 3 ingredient frozen mango yogurt or Mango Fro-Yo is super duper creamy, luscious and sugar free. Its high in protein and kind of low calorie pick-me-up stuff. It is an ideal option to satiate your sweet craving. Very good option for post workout or evening snack or even dessert for few!! It’s fun to whip and so comforting to gorge on while its lying in your freezer. Just remove the box of Fro-yo ..scoop a little and hog on..that simple!!

Few important tips for making forzen yogurt:

Use any kind of fruits you want. The blending time will differ as per the fruits.

If you want more sweet you can add more honey as per your taste buds.

You can make as many combinations that you may like, strawberries, grapes, bananas, peanut butter-choice is endless. It surely makes a great dessert or even snack.

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt and honey.
Process the mixture until it is creamy, for about 3-5 minutes.

Serve this frozen Mango fro-yo immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and freeze it until you want to serve.
This Mango fro-yo will last in the freezer for a month, So be sure to consume it before that time.
You can label the box and write the date so it is easy to remember.
