Take a bowl and Soak the oats in water for 5mins and then drain off the excess water.
Heat the pan..add olive oil..once its hot add mustard seeds…jeera and hing.
Once it starts spluttering add the chopped onions..green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.
Heat till the onions are translucent….now add boiled corn and peas.
Lower the heat add salt..pinch of turmeric powder and now add the oats.
Mix well so that the oats do not break.
Remove from heat.
