Sev Puri recipe with step-by-step and detailed pictures. This is one of the most popular chaat items or street food available all across India. Sev Puri is a dish that has an amalgamation of flavors, textures, and taste. This Chaat dish is prepared with Papdis/Puris, Nylon Sev, an array of 3 tantalizing chutneys and vegetables. The addition of chaat masala and chana dal makes it even tastier.
Sev Puri can be served as an evening snack or also as a quick dinner affair. The most important thing is to have all the 3 chutneys ready. In my home, we all are fond of chaat dishes so I usually have them stored in my deep freezer. So whenever we plan to make Sev Puri, Bhel, Papdi chaat, or any other dish it becomes fairly quick to make it.
