Sukha Bhel with step-by-step pictures and detailed recipes. Sukha Bhel or also known as Dry Bhel is a dry variation of Bhel Puri commonly found on the streets of Mumbai.
There are mainly 2 types of Bhel, Dry Bhel, and wet Bhel, known as Bhel Puri
Moreover, Sukha Bhel tastes crispy, crunchy, and tangy, Dry Bhel is mainly prepared without chutneys. However, I have added a special Rajkot Chutney in this which is mainly made for Sukha Bhel. This chutney gives the perfect tangy flavor to the Bhel.
This Sukha Bhel is so popular that is found in all the nook and corner of Mumbai streets. People usually snack on this Dry Bhel. Some find this more healthy and tasty as well. The addition of peanuts, chana dal, raw mango pieces are optional, but for more crunch, you can always add it. Kids also like this Bhel a lot and it can also be a good after-school snack.
