Step-by-Step Recipe of Cranberry Oat Bites:
Ingredients:
This recipe will yield approximately 10-12 Energy bites
- 1 1/2 Cup of Cooking Oats
- 1 tbsp Desiccated or dry coconut
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Dry Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Oil for greasing
Method
- In a large bowl add dry cranberry, desiccated coconut, Oats, Chia seeds, and mix well.
- Now add honey in the mixture and combine well till all the ingredients hold together. Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes so that it binds properly.
- Remove the energy bites mixture from the fridge and roll them into balls. Slightly grease your hands with oil and form small lemon size bites and stick some more cranberries on the sides. These Cranberry Oat Bites are now ready to relish.

Honestly, there is no good or bad time to have this as they are not going to harm you in any way. But preferably these bites make a great snack option for breakfast in the morning, as a post-workout snack, and also to pack them in school for kids’ snacks box.
Are these Cranberry bites freezer friendly
Yes, they are freezer friendly. You can make a big batch of them and store half of them in the freezer. Either store them in an airtight container box or ziplock bags for future use. Either remove them the previous nite in the refrigerator and eat it the next day. Or for that instant craving, remove from the freezer, leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes, and then microwave for 30- 40 seconds. Voila !! your healthy snack option is ready to pick and eat.
