How to make ice tea syrup:

Boil 4 cups of water and 1 tbsp of sugar in a pan on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes or till the sugar dissolves in the water.
Turn off the flame and now add the tea bags or tea powder in the boiling water and cover the pan with a lid.
Let the tea bags sit for 15-20 minutes.

There's no need to add sugar in the watermelon juice as it is already naturally sweet in taste plus we have a sweetened ice tea syrup.

Now remove the tea bags from the water and start with preparing the ice tea.
