Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ lemon juice

- Firstly, hull and chop the strawberries into small chunks.
- Take a heavy bottom non-stick pan and add all the chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice to it.
- The sugar will start to melt in some time. Once the sugar melts completely, let the mixture boil for 7-8 minutes on a medium flame and stirring in between.
- When the mixture thickens, approximately after 15 minutes, put the flame on slow and keep stirring the mixture to avoid sticking it to the bottom.
- Finally, when the mixture thickens completely, switch off the flame and transfer it into a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature.
