Step-By-Step Recipe of Sesame Energy Bites (sugar-free recipe)

Ingredients:

This recipe will yield nearly 8-10 Energy Bites

1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Pitted Dates approximately 5-6 small Oman Dates
1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
1 tsp White Sesame Seeds

Method:
1. In a large bowl add Quick-cooking Oats, black and white sesame seeds, honey and dates, and mix it well using your hands.

2. Mix well till all the wet and dry ingredients are well combined and form like a sticky mixture. Alternatively, you can use a food processor to mix these ingredients.

3. Leave it for 5 minutes and then shape them into lemon size round balls and sprinkle some more sesame seeds on top of it.
