Ingredients
- 2 Mangoes
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- ½ tsp Black Pepper powder
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili paste
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- salt as per taste
- ½ cup coriander finely chopped
Instructions
- Firstly, take 2 small or 1 Big ripe Alphonso's peel them and cut them into small chunks and keep them ready.
- Now place chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and mangoes into a plate for preparing Mango Salsa.
- Take a deep bowl and start by adding all the ingredients to that.
- Now add chili paste and finely chopped coriander leaves into the bowl.
- Finally, add black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt into it. Mix everything well with a spoon so that all the spices are mixed well into the salsa. Now It is ready to serve.

- Use fresh and ripe Alphonso for preparing Mango Salsa.
- For a smoky flavor, you can roast the tomatoes, peel the skin off and chop them finely.
- You can also add green or red bell pepper into this recipe, simply chop them finely and add them into the above recipe.
- Refrigerate the salsa for 10-15 minutes before serving it.
