Rice flour (45%), Black gram dal flour, Soy protein isolate (Soy) (20%), Hydrogenated vegetable oil (Palmolein oil, Sesame oil), Salt, Acid (Citric acid), Raising agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Fenugreek seed powder, Acidity regulator (Sodium acetate).
ALLERGENS: Contains Soy. Produced in a facility that also handles Oats, Dairy, Wheat flour, Tree nuts.
How to Use Protein dosa mix
1. Mix contents of this protein dosa mix with approximately 2 1/2 cups of water. Stir this mixture with a wire whisk till there are no lumps. Leave it aside for 5 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick dosa pan and grease it with either coconut oil or desi ghee. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center of the hot pan and spread.
3. Apply some more ghee and fry the dosa till they are golden brown. Once they are done, remove it on a plate. Finally, repeat the same procedure for the rest of the dosas.
4. Serve this protein-rich dosa with sambhar and chutney.
Protein Dosa tasted really delicious and was really crispy. It hardly took me some time to prepare this. I can enjoy this instant mix for morning breakfast as it will keep my protein level intact. It will also fuel my energy so that my day goes really fine.
