Paneer Jalfrezi

Paneer Jalfrezi Recipe Veg is a restaurant-style dish that is served as a main dish along with roti or rice. This is a popular dish and it’s commonly found in the restaurant menu.

Paneer Jalfrezi is either prepared in a gravy base or semi-dry base. Paneer Jalfrezi dry is also a variant. Instead of the gravy, simply stir-fry the vegetables and Paneer with the spices mentioned in the recipe.

I have made a gravy variant with Butter Roti as my kids love it that way.
