Step-By-Step Recipe of Purple Cabbage Soup
Ingredients:
This recipe will yield 2 servings
1 medium-size chopped purple cabbage
1 medium sliced onions
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp freshly ground pepper powder
2 cups vegetable stock or water
salt to taste
1 tbsp fresh cream
Method:
1. Firstly, heat olive oil in a pan and add sliced onions and minced garlic and saute for 2 minutes till brown.
2. Now add chopped purple cabbage in it and stir on a high flame for 3 minutes.
3. Cook till the cabbage turns brown and shrinks a bit.
4. Add 2 cups of water, salt, and pepper powder in that and boil the cabbage mixture for 3 minutes.
5. Switch off the flame and let it cool for 10 minutes and then blend it in a mixer till smooth.
