Phirni is one of the yummiest desserts in India and is made from milk and rice. I added this fresh mango pulp to it, and it tasted yummy. Phirni should be served quite chilled and it blends perfectly with a spicy meal. It’s pretty simple to make it. You can also try preparing Mango Phirni with mango pulp and get a taste of this in the offseason.
